Blue Antarctic Licensing and Crew Documentation Services Inc. was incorporated on October 24, 2022. It is a business enterprise registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and with the local government of the City of Makati. Its team is composed of personnel with good background in the manning industry and with relevant understanding of International Regulations, Conventions and Legislations related to shipping and seafarers. Blue Antarctic’s thrust is to provide quality and timely service to seafarers, manning agents, ship owners, ship operators, and ship managers in terms of processing seafarer’s documents that are compliant to the current Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) requirements as mandated by the different Flag States Authorities.

Blue Antarctic’s thrust to implement the latest ISO 9001 standard is to ensure continued satisfaction of the needs of its clientele: seafarers, manning agents, ship owners, ship operators, and ship managers.
